The reception is located on the 9th floor. We are open for personal enquiries every weekday from 10-12 a.m. and from 1-2 p.m. or by appointment.

Digital Post (digital mail)
As a citizen, you can contact the Police Complaints Authority by using Digital Post (digital mail) at borger.dk or via e-Boks. As an employee of a company or an authority, you can contact the Police Complaints Authority via virk.dk.
Secure mail
You can send secure (encrypted) email to the main mailbox of the Police Complaints Authority, mail@politiklagemyndigheden.dk, by using a digital signature.
If you want to send a secure email to the Police Complaints Authority, you must first install the Police Complaints Authority’s certificate in your email programme.
You can download the relevant certificate from the Nem ID website. On the site, enter the email address mail@politiklagemyndigheden.dk in the search field.
